Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to serve on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide. You will prepare tax returns, provide tax advice, and assist customers face-to-face, using Intuit tools and resources.

You will engage with the local community, attract new clients, and foster long-term relationships while helping customers achieve positive financial outcomes. You must be an active EA/CPA/attorney with 3+ years of tax return experience, PTIN, and state licenses.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax law.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday through Saturday, for at least 20 hours per week.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and offer future planning advice.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships with clients using Intuit tools and local marketing support.
