Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to serve on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while growing the local client base and building lasting relationships with customers.

The role emphasizes community engagement, trust-building with clients, and delivering clear, accessible tax guidance in a friendly retail setting. Uniforms and regular weekend coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday–Saturday, at least 20 hours/week.
• Willingness to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Front-facing retail environment experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Perform tax calculations and product support for TurboTax software.
• Grow TurboTax client base in the local community and build long-term relationships.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and explain tax concepts in clear, everyday language.
