Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks motivated individuals for TurboTax Local Service Expert roles in the United States.

You will work on-site at a TurboTax location, delivering full-service tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while connecting clients to a broad ecosystem of Intuit services. You will help grow the local client base, build long-term relationships, and provide a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual engagements.

Qualifications

Requires EA/CPA/Attorney credentials with strong tax prep experience.
Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software (Circular 230 familiarity helpful).
Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
Grow local client base through community outreach and referrals with marketing support.
Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.
Deliver excellent customer experiences and comply with training and brand guidelines.
