Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking passionate individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as part-time Retail Experts at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States.

You will work on-site, providing hands-on tax preparation and guidance to customers while building a local client base through community engagement. As a trusted advisor, you’ll help customers maximize refunds and deliver excellent service in person, while growing TurboTax’s presence in your community with marketing support

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must be able to obtain related State licenses or permits as needed.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, 20 hours per week minimum, Sunday through Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador and engage with prospects to convert leads into clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling a range of tax situations.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through professionalism and a focus on helping clients achieve financial goals.
