Intuit, Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will serve clients in-person, providing tax preparation and advice with a focus on growing the local client base and delivering excellent service. As a trusted advisor, you will use TurboTax tools and marketing support to help customers achieve favorable tax outcomes while building lasting community relationships.

Qualificações

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Must have an active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax prep experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.

Responsabilidades

• Represent TurboTax locally as a public face in the community.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Grow the local client base through marketing support and community engagement.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and empathy.
