Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in California, helping customers with on-site tax preparation, advice, and software support. You will build local client relationships, drive community engagement, and leverage marketing resources to grow your practice.

The role emphasizes customer service, tax expertise, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced retail environment while representing TurboTax in the community.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN renewal to file taxes.
• Able to obtain state licenses/certificates/bonds as needed.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience (30+ returns).
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, including Sundays.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in front-facing retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Assist with tax planning, deductions optimization, and amendments.
• Build long-term client relationships and grow local client base with marketing support.
