Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to join on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support directly to in-person customers, helping them navigate complex tax situations. As a trusted local ambassador, you’ll grow the customer base, deliver a best-in-class experience, and work with marketing resources to build community connections while ensuring compliance and exceptional

Qualifikationen

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Knowledge of Circular 230 and on-site TurboTax operations.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers (simple to complex).
• Conduct discovery sessions to identify deductions, minimize liabilities, and plan for future taxes.
• Grow the local client base and foster lasting relationships through community engagement and marketing support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
