Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, advice and software support, helping customers navigate tax outcomes with clarity and confidence.

The role emphasizes community engagement, client growth, and a strong customer service mindset. A tax license and on-site availability are required, with flexibility for hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience.
• PTIN as required to file taxes.
• Comfort with working onsite at a TurboTax location.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-service tax return preparation and tax advice to customers.
• Assist with tax planning and deductions optimization for clients.
• Deliver a superior customer experience and build local client relationships.
• Represent TurboTax in the community and grow the customer base.
