Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to service customers at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

The role integrates tax expertise with community engagement to grow a trusted local client base and provide full-service tax preparation on-site. The position requires on-site presence, strong tax knowledge, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients while supporting Intuit’s mission of empowering prosperity.

Qualifications

• Active license (EA, CPA, or attorney) with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Onsite TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20+ hours/week.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work in a front-facing retail environment.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and full tax return preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base within the local community and network.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in-store through professional service.
• Engage in local marketing/outreach with TurboTax support.
