Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide tax preparation, advice, and software support while directly engaging with the local community.

You’ll grow your client base, deliver personalized tax solutions, and collaborate with marketing resources to expand TurboTax presence. This is a front-facing, part-time role requiring a professional, client-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return prep for 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax compliance standards.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Interested in building a local/community presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience beyond basic filing in holistic tax advisory services.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and build long-term relationships.
