Job summary

Chugach Government Solutions (CGS) in Moffett Field, California, seeks an IDIQ Task Order Manager to oversee repair, replacement, or construction Task Orders for government contracts. Responsible for site visits, statements of work, cost, and schedule management, plus accuracy of subcontractor coordination, quality control, and safety programs.

Primary duties include leading COR liaison, managing budget compliance, and ensuring deliverables meet negotiated timelines and performance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management; or five years of direct construction management experience.
• Minimum five years managing and supervising construction personnel, subcontractors and administrative support on multiple projects.
• Sound working knowledge of Task Order pricing, estimating, and negotiating.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with Government staffing to identify activities, clarify work statements, and coordinate work.
• Oversee and develop Task Order proposals including costs, schedules, deliverables, and other requirements.
• Finalize Task Order proposal terms and conditions for issuance by the Government.
• Perform field inspections and ensure quality and safety compliance; guide corrections as needed.
• Develop program budgets and project revenue projections; maintain milestone files and reporting.
• Oversee staff and subcontractors to ensure timely completion and compliance with delivery orders.
