Job summary

Chugach Government Solutions is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the multifaceted facilities maintenance contract at a government site in California. You will develop and implement operational planning, oversee safety, procurement, accounting, and KPI development while ensuring effective work execution with internal and customer stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Ten (10) years of experience in facilities operations and maintenance.
• Four (4) years in a management role overseeing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and personnel.
• Bachelor's degree or trade license in a professional field.
• Experience managing large facilities management contracts with similar scope.
• Understanding of Government contracts, reports and records.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and monitor labor and costs.
• U.S. Citizenship
