Job summary

Chugach Government Solutions is seeking an experienced IDIQ Task Order Manager to oversee repair, replacement, and construction task orders for government projects. You will conduct site visits, develop statements of work, proposals, and budgets while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

The role requires 5+ years of construction management experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management or 5+ years of construction management experience.
• Minimum 5 years managing and supervising construction personnel and subcontractors across multiple projects.
• Sound knowledge of Task Order pricing, estimating, and negotiating.
• Familiarity with federal, state, and local construction safety and wage regulations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; strong written and verbal communication; U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage Task Order proposals, including costs, schedules, deliverables, and budgets.
• Coordinate site visits, customer meetings, and statements of work with government staff.
• Negotiate terms, document changes, and ensure compliance with schedules and costs.
• Develop program budgets and maintain program files with milestone reporting.
• Supervise staff and subcontractors to meet delivery order requirements.
