Job summary

Chugach Government Solutions (CGS) is seeking a diligent work control professional to lead maintenance planning and scheduling at a large facility in California. You will coordinate with maintenance, engineering, operations, and subcontractors to ensure timely work order execution and accurate documentation.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience in work control or facilities operations, strong CMMS knowledge (Maximo, TMA, SAP), and an ability to manage diverse tasks across multiple buildings

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in work control, maintenance planning, scheduling, or facilities operations.
• Proficiency with CMMS systems (Maximo, TMA, SAP, or similar).
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance strategies and facility system workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage work order intake, prioritization, scheduling, and documentation.
• Coordinate with maintenance, engineering, operations, and subcontractors.
• Track progress, update schedules, and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain CMMS accuracy and compliance with reporting requirements.
