Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using job postings, social media, networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Review resumes to identify candidates meeting qualifications.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess fit and skills.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Guide candidates through the recruitment process and provide feedback.
• Engage with community partners and attend local events to broaden exposure.
• Travel weekly for client visits and onsite check-ins for high-volume accounts.
• Host job fairs and recruitment events; maintain ATS data accuracy.
