The recruiter will manage sourcing, interviewing, offers, and candidate experience, ensuring compliance and confidentiality. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree (or HS diploma with 4 years HR experience) and HR certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 0 years applicable experience.
• High School Diploma/GED with 4 years HR experience required.
• HR Certification (SHRM or HRCI) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and HR partners to understand needs and requirements.
• Attract, evaluate, and refer candidates using multiple sourcing methods.
• Develop job postings and screen resumes/applications.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, interviewing, offers, and communication.
• Own recruitment process for openings to ensure timely filling.
