Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as liaison through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle, ensuring high candidate satisfaction and strong client delivery by meeting KPIs and SLAs. You will administer job postings, build pipelines, conduct interviews, coach candidates, and manage onboarding.

The role requires 3–5 years in service-provider environments, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, client-focused

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• 2–5 years in the service provider industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Develops workforce planning to maintain a continuous talent pipeline.
• Attend to all candidates, in person or online, with clear information on Adecco, offers, and training.
• Builds and maintains relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and determine best placement.
• Completes candidate hiring/onboarding processes per client requirements.
• Maintains candidate records in tracking database.
