Zusammenfassung

Adecco Group in Sunnyvale is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the liaison for candidates and associates through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle. You will ensure client delivery by meeting KPI/SLA targets and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and management.

Responsibilities include posting jobs, forecasting talent, interviewing, coaching candidates, and managing onboarding while building a robust candidate pipeline for future client needs.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; 3–5 years of equivalent work experience.
• 2–5 years in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction and relationships.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and customer service skills.
• MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and database skills required.
• Ability to learn new software and resolve problems.

Aufgaben

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Understands local talent market and plans workforce needs.
• Assists candidates in person or online with accurate info on Adecco.
• Builds and maintains relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and placements.
• Assesses candidates for qualification and cultural fit.
• Performs searches, analyzes results, and adjusts as needed.
• Coaches candidates on resumes and interview prep.
• Completes hiring/onboarding processes per client requirements.
• Maintains candidate/associate records in tracking databases.
