Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the employment liaison for candidates and associates through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle. You will maintain strong relationships, ensure client delivery, and meet KPI/SLA targets in a dynamic onsite environment.

The role requires a high school diploma and 3–5 years of relevant experience in staffing or service industries, with proficiency in MS Office and candidate management tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 3–5 years of equivalent work experience required.
• 2–5 years in the service provider industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Understand local talent market and plan workforce pipeline.
• Assist candidates with resumes, interview prep, and coaching.
• Conduct behavioral interviews to assess fit.
• Maintain candidate records in tracking database.
• Extend offers and coordinate onboarding with clients.
