Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the liaison throughout recruiting, onboarding and assignment lifecycle. You will ensure satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients, meet KPI/SLA targets, and manage a continuous pipeline of quality talent.

The role requires a high school diploma and 3-5 years in the service industry, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 3–5 years in service industry required.
• Proven ability to meet customer satisfaction and maintain relationships.
• Experience with recruiting metrics and SLA/KPI performance.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and database skills.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings and recruitment activities.
• Builds and maintains candidate relationships, both passive and active.
• Conducts behavioral interviews and candidate qualification.
• Manages onboarding processes and client communications.
• Develops recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
• Extends offers including compensation and bill rates.
• Maintains candidate records and reporting.
