Job summary

Pinnacle Group is seeking an MSP Staffing Coordinator to support client engagements onsite in Kentucky. The role focuses on coordinating staffing requests, supplier communications, and end-to-end lifecycle management for contractor hires.

You will collaborate with managers, IT, facilities, and security; produce reports; and assist with onboarding and offboarding. Onsite requirement: 5 days per week; MSP experience preferred.

Qualifications

• MSP staffing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate with a variety of professionals at all levels of the organization.
• Work with Managers to identify skill sets needed and provide a qualified candidate pool.
• Conduct intake sessions and supplier calls; schedule interviews and manage vendor protocol.
• Attend weekly meetings with team and stakeholders; manage full lifecycle of requests.
• Develop reporting to meet business needs; support onboarding and offboarding.
• Provide weekly updates for new hires and maintain req reports.
• Work with MS Office, specifically PowerPoint & Excel.
• Coordinate first day orientation for contractor hires with IT, Facilities, and Security.
• Assist with training managers, suppliers, contractors on systems and processes.
