Pinnacle Group in Racine, Wisconsin is seeking an MSP Delivery Specialist to support the day-to-day management of an MSP program onsite. This role partners with hiring managers, staffing suppliers, contractors, and program stakeholders to manage requisitions, delivery, onboarding, and compliance.

The ideal candidate has MSP or contingent workforce experience, strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in MSP delivery or contingent workforce management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building across managers, suppliers, and contractors.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint) and ability to develop operational reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of contingent workforce requisitions from intake to onboarding and offboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify requirements and facilitate delivery of qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with staffing suppliers to support candidate delivery and monitor performance against policies.
• Provide Tier 1 operational support to stakeholders and deliver timely, solutions-oriented service.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, onboarding activities, and new-hire communications across teams.
• Maintain accurate requisition and workforce data while tracking SLAs and KPIs.
