Pinnacle Group is seeking an MSP Delivery Specialist to support the day-to-day delivery and operational success of a Managed Service Provider (MSP) program in Racine, Wisconsin. This role will partner with hiring managers, staffing suppliers, contractors, and program stakeholders to manage requisitions, facilitate talent delivery, coordinate onboarding, and maintain program compliance. The ideal candidate combines staffing or MSP experience with exceptional customer service, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) is highly valued.
