Job summary

IntelliSource is hiring an Onsite Recruiter to drive recruitment, onboarding, and workforce operations at our Worcester site. You will partner with hiring managers and onsite leadership to build strong talent pipelines and execute hiring strategies.

The role emphasizes recruiting metrics, compliance, and a seamless candidate experience. The position involves end-to-end recruitment, background checks, onboarding, and ongoing employee support, with an immediate start and contract through December

Qualifications

• Knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing through onboarding.
• Experience with ATS and maintaining compliant candidate records.
• Ability to screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for fit and skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills across teams.
• Excellent organizational skills with multi-priority management.
• Familiarity with employment laws and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer acceptance.
• Source proactively using diverse strategies and referrals.
• Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules and hiring decisions.
• Maintain candidate pipelines using ATS and compliant records.
• Lead onboarding and new hire orientation processes.
• Support onboarding, payroll inquiries, and employee relations.
