Job summary

IntelliSource in Kansas is seeking a Recruiter/Sourcer to join our growing team. You will engage with candidates, assess resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate the hiring process to fill roles for our partners.

We value strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work with on-site teams. A high school diploma is required, and prior staffing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Staffing or recruitment preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication throughout the candidate lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Engage with candidates, assess resumes, interview, and coordinate hiring procedures.
• Provide exceptional service to candidates and maintain communication with on-site teams.
• Connect candidates with hiring managers and arrange interviews.
• Guide new hires through onboarding, including background checks and screenings.
• Maintain organized candidate and job files in compliance with policies.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and coordinate pre-placement testing when needed.
• Support additional duties as needed to help the team succeed.
