Job summary

TSMC Arizona, located in Phoenix, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to lead full life cycle recruiting for high-volume semiconductor staffing. You will attract, assess, and place top talent, partnering with hiring managers to align on job descriptions and hiring strategies.

Qualifications

5+ years’ experience with full life cycle recruiting in a high-volume environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management.
Experience recruiting hourly pay rates, technicians, and high-volume roles.

Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Act as an advocate for hiring managers and candidates throughout the process.
Source candidates through digital, social media, events, and networks to maintain a strong pipeline.
Collaborate with hiring managers to co-author job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
Negotiate offers and present TSMC’s compensation philosophy and culture.
