Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle professional recruiting experience.
• Proven ability to proactively source and close talent.
• Strong hiring manager partnership and influencing skills.
• Experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Own professional recruiting from intake and sourcing through offer and onboarding.
• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and advise on talent and market conditions.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and pipelines for critical roles.
• Manage career site, job postings, and employer branding.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and maintain momentum in searches.
• Use recruiting metrics and market insights to improve approach.
