International Business Machines Corporation in New York state is recruiting an on-site field technician responsible for installation, maintenance and repair of IBM Power systems and other vendor equipment. You will be the primary technical interface for clients during onsite tasks.

You will perform preventive maintenance, basic configuration, and service activities, while protecting revenue and identifying service opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Install and maintain IBM Power system equipment on-site.
• Provide technical support to identify incidents and advise resolutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑center teams to deliver high‑quality resolutions.
• Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction with service delivery.
• Update certifications and keep skills current with Digital Technical Certifications and Soft Skills trainings.
