IBM Infrastructure & Technology is seeking a System Services Representative for MVS Server to provide on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of non-IBM server products at client sites. You will deliver technical support, plan service activities, and collaborate with global teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Formación

• Exposure to non-IBM server products (Dell/Oracle/Fujitsu) and their installation, maintenance, repair.
• Basic understanding of operating systems and server functions.
• Experience with IBM tools such as Cognitive Support Platform (Salesforce) and Watson Einstein Analytics.
• Basic IT engineering concepts: installation, customization, operation, recovery, tuning.
• Familiarity with Hybrid Cloud environments and onsite infrastructure services.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform On-Site Installation: install, maintain, and repair non-IBM server products at client sites.
• Deliver Technical Support: provide assistance for installation, updates, configuration, operations, or performance issues.
• Execute Services Activities: conduct Technical Delivery Assessment, installation planning, account management, and other project-based services.
• Collaborate with Support Centers: work with professionals across centers and units to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain Technical Certifications: update digital certifications and soft skills trainings to deliver IBM service.
