Job summary

DR Power LLP is seeking a Systems Support Specialist II for an onsite role in Oshkosh, WI. You will provide hands-on support for desktops, laptops, printers, phones, and peripherals, and assist with server hardware, OS, and network issues.

Associate degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience required.
2 years of experience troubleshooting PCs, printers, phones and network issues.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science preferred; professional IT certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on support by installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining and upgrading laptops, desktops, phones, printers, and peripherals.
Assist higher level support with server hardware, OS, network infrastructure and telephony issues.
Document issues, perform root-cause analysis, and close tickets with proper triage and escalation as needed.
Support end users during system migrations and application upgrades; ensure compliance with IT policies.
