Job summary

IBM Systems is seeking a System Services Representative to provide on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of IBM Power systems and multi-vendor components, coordinating hardware and software support to meet client needs.

You will act as the primary technical interface, deliver operational services, and maintain strong client relationships while continuously updating certifications. A reliable vehicle and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience coordinating hardware and/or software support for clients.
• On-site installation, maintenance and repair of IBM and multi-vendor systems.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain equipment on-site for IBM Power systems.
• Provide technical support and advise on resolutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Update digital certifications and soft skills trainings.
