Job summary

IBM Infrastructure & Technology seeks a System Services Representative to perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of Lenovo ISG equipment. You will deliver technical support, plan installations, and manage client relationships to ensure service excellence across client operations.

Required are a High School Diploma or GED, with a preference for an Associate's Degree. Exposure to hardware/software solutions and IBM tools will drive automation and efficiency in client operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's Degree preferred.
• Exposure to hardware/software solutions and Lenovo/ISG equipment knowledge.

Responsibilities

• On-site installation, maintenance, and repair of Lenovo and ISG equipment at client sites.
• Provide technical support including incident resolution and problem source identification.
• Collaborate with support centers and business units for high-quality resolutions.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to protect revenue and identify opportunities.
• Stay up-to-date with certifications and trainings to demonstrate proficiency in HW/SW solutions.
