InfraTech Solutions LLC is seeking a hands-on Field Service / Systems Support Specialist to join our NYC team with plans to relocate to Florida. You’ll provide onsite field service, support Windows and Mac devices, manage collaboration tools, and troubleshoot networks in a fast-paced environment while coordinating with infrastructure teams.

The role starts in NYC and evolves as the Florida expansion progresses.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of desktop support or field service experience.
• Hands-on troubleshooting with Windows and macOS.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace.
• Basic networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi.
• Experience with printers, mobile devices, AV, or onsite technology.
• Comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to relocate to Florida after NYC learning phase.

Responsabilités

• Provide onsite field service and systems support.
• Support Windows and Mac laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, peripherals, and conference room technology.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, authentication, and access issues.
• Support Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Zoom, and collaboration tools.
• Help with basic network troubleshooting, including Wi‑Fi, DHCP/DNS, switches, and access points.
• Assist with device deployments, imaging, moves, changes, and equipment setup.
• Work closely with infrastructure, networking, security, and application teams.
• Learn the NYC environment and bring that knowledge to Florida expansion.
• Document common issues, fixes, site details, and escalation paths.
• Own problems through resolution and communicate clearly with users and the technical team.
