HOME/LIFE SERVICES INC. in New York seeks a Field IT Support Technician to deliver hands-on, on-site IT support across 18 sites in the Bronx, Queens, and Brooklyn.

You will troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, VoIP, and security devices, assist with imaging and deployment, and help with the Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 transition for staff. The role requires strong customer service and clear communication, with travel between sites and occasional after-hours support.

Formación

• Associate's degree or equivalent IT experience.
• 1-2 years in IT help desk, desktop, or field support.
• Proficient with Windows and basic macOS/iOS/Android.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site Tier 1 and Tier 2 support at multiple locations.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, printers, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN; assist with network gear.
