Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ seeks a Systems Engineer to join the Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities Discipline on-site, with occasional travel up to 25%. You will drive the lifecycle from requirements through verification to support warfighters with robust, integrated systems.

The role emphasizes collaboration across disciplines, hands-on testing, documentation for reviews, and data-driven decision making to ensure mission success. A DoD Secret clearance is required for start.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in STEM obtained by start date.
• Experience with systems requirements, systems integration, systems test, systems software, and/or systems hardware.

Responsibilities

• Update, develop, maintain requirements and define system interfaces.
• Develop and implement test plans, procedures, integration and verification documentation.
• Collaborate to integrate hardware and software into tactical systems.
• Create or modify documentation for reviews such as TRR, CTS, and TDR packages.
• Perform platform integration, flight test, qualification, and design verification execution.
• Troubleshoot and analyze hardware, software, and system issues with data analysis.
