Job summary

RTX seeks a Systems Engineer to join the SE&TC Discipline on the Tucson campus, working to bring complex military systems from concept to reality. You will update requirements, define interfaces, and drive cross-functional collaboration for hardware and software integration.

You will perform tests, analyze data, document results, and present findings to leadership. Domestic travel up to 25% may be required as missions demand.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) obtained by start date.
• Experience with systems requirements, systems integration, systems test, systems software, and/or systems hardware.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage system requirements and interfaces.
• Plan, execute, and document system tests in simulated and real environments.
• Integrate hardware and software for tactical systems.
• Analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and communicate results to leadership.
• Travel up to 25% to support missions.
