iVenture Solutions is seeking a Systems Administrator in Jacksonville, FL to support Microsoft server and network technologies and provide Tier 3 escalation for client projects. You will monitor performance, manage on-premise and cloud environments, and assist with desktop/application support.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of relevant experience, MCSE/MCITP, and strong AD/Group Policy skills. After-hours support and occasional local travel are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting Windows server, desktop technologies and client/server apps.
• MCSE or MCITP certification.
• Experience with Office 365 and Azure ecosystems.
• Active Directory and Group Policy expertise.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Microsoft Windows server and network technologies.
• Management and troubleshooting of on premise and cloud environments.
• Maintain network configurations and resolve performance issues.
• Provide Tier 3 desktop and application support including line of business apps.
• Produce and maintain detailed technical and training documentation.
• Organize and execute desktop projects from 1 day to 2 weeks.
