Job summary

Mass General Brigham Incorporated seeks a skilled Systems Administrator to manage, maintain, and support multiple systems across Nantucket Cottage Hospital, ensuring reliable, secure operations. You will perform proactive rounds, monitor alarms, address temperature/control issues, and provide rapid triage for emergent problems.

You will collaborate with department leaders to identify needs, improve workflows, and support enterprise priorities, with on-site work Monday–Friday and periodic on-call

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required.
• Experience can be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• 5-7 years experience in systems/admin required.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot systems, applications, computer equipment, and peripheral devices.
• Monitor system performance, alarms, and operational indicators to identify issues.
• Triage and provide break-fix support for emergent system issues and coordinate resolution.
• Support and mentor systems administrators and other team members.
• Develop and maintain processes, technical documentation, backup procedures, test plans, and operational reports.
• Collaborate with departmental, technical, and operational teams to identify system needs and improve workflows.
