JMARK Business Solutions Inc. is seeking a System Administrator I - Onsite Resource to be the on-site IT support for a law firm client in Springfield, MO. They will provide evaluation and support for daily IT activities and train staff on new technologies as needed.

Full-time weekday position with occasional evening and weekend hours. Responsibilities include day-to-day IT tasks, user support, and coordination with contracted IT vendors to maintain reliable service for about 60 users.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in a technical operating capacity.
• Experience with help desk tickets or desktop support preferred.
• Experience in a Legal/Regulated environment preferred.
• Windows Server and Active Directory experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day IT/Desktop support for an environment of approximately 60 users.
• Responds to IT requests through calls, emails, and tickets.
• Assist Clients with exceptional customer service with their personal devices.
• Assist with hardware issues: desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Coordinate with contracted IT company and vendor software support teams as needed.
• Develop systems and procedures to deliver quality service to end users.
• Update knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
• Other duties as assigned.
