JMARK is seeking an onsite System Administrator I to join our team, serving as the primary technology partner for a banking client in Tulsa. You will provide hands-on and remote support, address end-user issues, and maintain systems with a focus on customer service and reliability.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to troubleshoot Windows desktops and server environments.
• Strong end-user support and communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Office applications.
• Basic VPN configuration and troubleshooting, including Cisco Meraki.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote support to end users at the banking client site.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
• Support Windows Server environments and domain/workgroup configurations.
• Document issues and resolutions in ConnectWise and other systems.
• Maintain client network equipment and perform preventative maintenance.
• Collaborate with JMARK team for complex cases.
