Job summary

JMARK is seeking an experienced System Administrator II to serve as an onsite resource for a banking client, taking ownership of the client’s technology environment and guiding Level 1 resources. You will troubleshoot escalated issues, support servers and networks, and collaborate with the broader JMARK team.

Ideal candidates have 18–36 months in IT support or systems administration, strong Windows and virtualization skills, and the ability to travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• 18–36 months of experience in IT support or systems administration.
• Strong Windows desktop/server troubleshooting and documentation.
• Ability to travel and work onsite at client location.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced onsite and remote technical support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues from Level 1 resources.
• Manage and support client network infrastructure and servers.
• Document work in ConnectWise and other systems.
• Mentor Level 1 technicians.
