Job summary

Commonwealth of PA is seeking a System Administrator 1 for an onsite position in Mechanicsburg, PA. The role supports PSDC SCCM, Airwatch, and VDI environments, handling hardware and software troubleshooting and end-user assistance.

The contractor will work 40 hours per week with potential remote work based on business needs and supervision. Interviews will be held onsite; equipment handoff is required on day one.

Qualifications

Experience supporting PSDC SCCM, Airwatch, and VDI environments.
Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software escalations.
Strong communication with IT support staff and end users.

Responsibilities

Provide SCCM deployments and packaging applications.
Maintain OSD task sequences and related packages.
Support the Airwatch console environment and manage assets.
Assist daily VDI tasks including session support and connectivity troubleshooting.
Collaborate with DOC Inmate environment troubleshooting and system integration.
