The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting skills and practical experience supporting SCCM/MECM, VMware AirWatch, VDI, Windows environments, application deployments, and endpoint technologies.

The position is onsite, with the possibility of remote work only when permitted by business needs and management/supervisor discretion.
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, generally 8:00 AM-4:00 PM. Management may offer some flexibility around start time, provided the contractor remains available during DOC core business hours.
This engagement is currently funded through June 30, 2027. The final contract end date remains dependent on project scheduling and business needs, and historically additional funding may occur in six‑month or one‑year increments.
