Episcopal Community Services of San Francisco is seeking a Support Services Manager to lead the Support Services program. This on-site role includes supervising staff, coordinating social work for residents, and ensuring program budgets and contracts are managed effectively.

The ideal candidate has a master’s degree in psychology or related field, and is preferred to hold an MFT or LCSW license with at least five years of leadership in social services.

Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory experience required.
• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field preferred.
• Licensed MFT or LCSW preferred.
• Experience with homeless and low-income individuals preferred.
• Direct experience with mental health, substance abuse, domestic violence, HIV/AIDS, or child welfare given first consideration.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the Support Services program and collaborate with partner agencies.
• Supervise Support Services staff, conduct clinical supervision, and manage scheduling and payroll.
• Ensure contract compliance, document outcomes, and manage program budget.
• Oversee reporting protocols, timelines, and required paperwork.
• Lead rent-up and resident-stabilization efforts for the property.
