Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
• Minimum two years supervisory experience.
• Experience with homeless and low-income populations; mental health/substance use background preferred.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills due to extensive documentation.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Proficient with electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the Support Services program in collaboration with partnering agencies.
• Build and manage an effective team, including hiring, training, and evaluations.
• Create program structure and complete required documentation to support goals.
• Supervise staff, conduct clinical supervision, schedule shifts, and manage payroll.
• Ensure contract compliance, achieve service outcomes, and manage the program budget.
