Job summary

Vallen seeks an Onsite Site Coordinator for its Supply Chain Services at a customer location. You will coordinate and refine supply chain, vending, and VMI operations, reporting to the Supply Chain Services Sr Manager.

Expect collaboration with inside sales and account management to deepen customer relationships and reinforce Vallen's value proposition. The role focuses on operational excellence, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain management, distribution, or related industry.
• Experience with indirect materials is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Supply Chain Solutions functions, ensuring service standards and cost optimization.
• Lead onsite Supply Chain Solutions associates and support team development.
• Collaborate with the Sr Manager to align team activities with goals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
• Oversee onsite inventory and assets, ensure accurate tracking and minimize wastage.
• Monitor KPIs and drive improvements in service delivery.
• Refine inventory controls with customers and account managers to optimize stock levels.
