Vallen is seeking an Integrated Supply Site Manager to lead onsite teams and drive profitable customer relationships at a client location. You will oversee day-to-day operations and staff performance to deliver value through integrated supply solutions.

The role requires leadership, financial acumen, and strong communication to meet contracts, achieve cost savings, and maintain high service levels. Vallen offers advancement opportunities and a collaborative team environment.

Competenze

• 4+ years of supply chain management or related experience.
• 2+ years in staff management preferred.
• Ability to develop and cultivate customer relationships.
• Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of applying Vallen products to deliver cost savings.
• Financial and business acumen; able to interpret and manage by P&L expectations.
• Proficiency with MS-Office and ability to learn company software.

Mansioni

• Provide leadership to onsite customer teams delivering Integrated Supply solutions.
• Manage P&L and achieve budgeted goals.
• Drive contractual customer commitments (cost savings, KPIs) at local site.
• Demonstrate urgency in customer service to external and internal customers.
• Ensure local customer pays Vallen according to terms.
