Job summary

Vallen Distribution, Inc. is seeking a Site Coordinator to manage and refine onsite supply chain, vending, and VMI operations at a customer site. Report to the Supply Chain Services Sr Manager and work with inside sales and account management to strengthen customer relationships and deliver value.

The role focuses on leadership, operational excellence, inventory oversight, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure service quality and cost efficiency at the customer location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience plus 3+ years in supply chain, distribution, or related industry.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role focusing on team development and cohesion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Supply Chain Solutions functions, ensuring service standards and cost optimization.
• Lead onsite Supply Chain Solutions associates, evaluate performance, provide training.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain Services Sr Manager to align team activities with goals.
• Maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and explore collaboration opportunities.
• Oversee onsite inventory and assets, ensure accurate tracking and minimize waste.
• Monitor KPIs (service levels, fill rate, downtime) and drive improvements.
• Refine inventory controls with customers and account managers to minimize stock-outs.
• Ensure compliance with inventory protocols and drive process refinements.
• Engage in regular reviews to improve operations and efficiencies.
