Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain management, distribution, or a related industry.
• Experience with indirect materials is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Supply Chain Solutions' daily functions, ensuring service standards and cost optimization.
• Lead onsite Supply Chain Solutions associates with performance evaluation and training.
• Collaborate with the Supply Chain Services Sr Manager to align activities with organizational goals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
• Oversee onsite inventory and assets, ensuring accurate tracking and minimized wastage.
• Monitor KPIs including service level, fill rate, and machine downtime; drive improvements.
• Refine inventory order controls with customers and account reps to prevent stock-outs.
• Ensure compliance with inventory protocols and cycle counts; drive continuous improvement.
