Job summary

Vallen Distribution in Cleveland is seeking a Site Coordinator for our Supply Chain Services site. This onsite role coordinates supply chain, vending, and VMI operations at a customer location, reporting to the Supply Chain Services Sr Manager and ensuring streamlined operations aligned with Vallen's goals.

You will lead onsite teams, manage inventory, monitor KPIs, and strengthen customer relationships while driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3+ years in supply chain management or distribution
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Experience with indirect materials is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Supply Chain Solutions operations and ensure service standards
• Lead onsite associates and drive performance, training, and teamwork
• Coordinate with Sr Manager to align activities with company goals
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and pursue opportunities
• Manage on-site inventory and assets for optimal utilization and accuracy
• Monitor KPIs (service level, fill rate, downtime) and implement improvements
• Refine inventory controls with customers and account teams to minimize stock-outs
• Ensure compliance with inventory protocols and cycle counts
• Drive continuous improvement of processes and operational efficiency
